At time of any booking a £80 deposit will be taken either by Pay-pal, Bank transfer or cheque. (deposite is non refundable if holiday is cancelled )

The full cost of the holiday must be paid within 28 days of the holiday, The £80 deposit already paid will become a security deposit held against any damage or loss of our property.

The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of the holiday end after inspection is complete.

The caravan must be left clean and tidy as you find it, with all rubish removed and washing up put away etc.

Check in is from 4pm on arival day, check out is no later than 11am.

keys are to be collected from main reception and must be returned at end of holiday, failier to do so will result in some loss of dposit to replace them.

Sorry no same sex groups ( this is Haven policy as Weymouth Bay is a family park )

This is a no smoking caravan, if you smoke please go outside.

The cost of Letting our caravan doess not included the cost of Entertainment passes, these can be purchesed from the main reception.

Gas , electric and water is free and unlimited and included in the letting cost.
